The private security plan consists of a series of preventive measures to minimize the security risks of assets, be they: companies, residences, public institutions, among others.
The main objective of private security planning is to protect both the material and human assets of the establishment in question.
The private security plan must be tailor-made, respecting the laws, customer needs in addition to the company's culture, geographic factors, crime rates, economic, structural, political and financial factors.
The private security plan has two planning subdivisions, which are carried out after data collection and the alignment of ideas between client and contractor: tactical and operational planning.
Tactical planning is responsible for establishing goals and objectives that will be executed, defining a security policy, the structure, security teams, in addition to hiring, training and selection processes.
Operational planning, on the other hand, defines the resources needed to execute the plan defined in the tactical planning, it is also focused on the daily safety goals and routines that must be carried out by the people who are part of the institution, whether commercial or residential. In addition, the private security plan's operational planning defines budgets, internal regulations, security procedures, standards of conduct for equipment uses and behaviors.
