Concierge Services are those activities carried out at the Concierge of a commercial, industrial, business, household or public agency, with a view to managing the access (entry/exit) of people and objects in the place.

Its objective is to carry out access controls for establishments, through identification processes, permission checking and movement records.

The concierge services, although not foreseen in the legislation as one of the private security services, are of great importance for the physical security of any organization's facilities.

The entrance is on the first line of security in an enterprise, it is where the first contact of people with the organization takes place, where the first impressions of the place are taken and, mainly, it is the first step of the security system to identify a potential of risk.
