PERIMETER TOUR

Perimeter rounds are those carried out in the space between the built-up area and the organization's perimeter barriers. They are also known as peripheral rounds.

Their main objective is to check the organization's perimeter protection conditions and suspicious movements in the external vicinity of the perimeter.

Among other purposes of perimeter patrols, they aim to identify the conditions of perimeter barriers (fences, walls, fences, etc.), people in suspicious attitudes, materials and vehicles close to perimeter barriers. In addition to identifying irregularities in the perimeter, the perimeter patrol also has a deterrent function, people outside the organization, with malicious intentions, when they perceive the movement of the patrol, tend to be discouraged from entering the place.
